Team Development for International Teams
International teams are not just a necessity, but also bring new perspectives, solutions, and ideas through cultural diversity. Most teams, however, require support in order to make the most of these benefits, as projects can fail due to conflicts that arise from differing mentalities, attitudes, and working styles.
Some team members, for example, demand a strict adherence to the rules, whereas others see rules more as a general guideline than anything else. Concepts of time and planning styles can also drastically differ from one another.
There are also significant cultural differences in the understanding of what makes a team and, most importantly, how it should function.
I offer team training, workshops, intercultural sensitization, and conflict mediation so that people from very different cultures and backgrounds can build a strong team that works together closely and efficiently.
